The premium air straight penis pump cylinder is a solid chamber made of thick transparent acrylic that can connect to any penis pump mechanism using the premium air red and blue hoses.

The straight linear construction of the cylinder provides a true pumping experience with even amounts of pressure being applied from the same distance at any point in the chamber.

A straight penis pump cylinder is best for penises that are relatively uniform in size from the base to the midshaft and towards the head.

If you have broken, lost or outgrown your current penis pump cylinder, you can purchase only the cylinder for your air-powered penis pump here instead of purchasing an entirely brand new penis pump set. Replacing just one component of the penis pump will be cheaper than purchasing a brand new product.
