Returns

PPOnline offers free returns and full refunds on all non-personal items within thirty (30) days of receipt of order.

PPOnline does not offer returns on personal items due to hygiene and safety reasons. Items not eligible for returns include: penis pumps, cylinder sleeves, cock rings, replacement parts, pumping supplies, male masturbators, penis hangers, penis extenders.

There are no return fees or restocking fees.

The customer is responsible for costs associated with mailing their order back to us at the address listed below.

Return Process

2. After you've filled out our return application, please email us at hello@penispumpsonline.com to confirm your return. Please include your name, order number, and reason for your return.

Return Condition

Please return your full order including all products, materials and packaging.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging.

Exceptions

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
