Pressure Zones of Penis Pumps
A pressure zone is a range of pressures for penis pumping.
We have divided the penis pumping pressure range into four (4) pressure zones. Your results and experiences may vary.
0 - 10 kPa Pressure Zone
The 0 - 10 kPa or 0 - 3 inHg pressure zone is the warm-up or idle zone.
You can leave your penis in the pump chamber in this pressure zone between sets to rest, before a session to warm up, or after a session to cool down.
There is a low safety risk and low growth potential in this pressure zone.
10 - 20 kPa Pressure Zone
The 10 - 20 kPa or 3 - 6 inHg pressure zone is a starting pressure zone or beginner's pressure zone.
In the early stages of a pumping session, you may want to pump in this range to get your penis warmed up and accustomed to the vacuum pressure, before increasing the range to a higher zone.
Beginners may also want to pump in this zone and use the 20 kPa pressure as their upper limit, while they're still getting acquainted with pumping and used to the sensations and experiences.
There is minimal safety risk and moderate growth potential in this zone.
20 - 30 kPa Pressure Zone
The 20 - 30 kPa or 6 - 9 inHg pressure zone is the experienced pumper's pressure zone and one that many veteran pumpers spend the majority of their pumping session in.
Many pumpers will say that in this pressure zone you can feel a good pull but it doesn't reach any pain or even discomfort. Therefore this zone is excellent for experience pumpers and has a moderate safety risk with high growth potential.
30 kPa Sweet Spot
30 kPa or 9 inHg is the declared sweet spot of penis pump pressures. At this pressure, you will feel a moderate tug, maybe some slight discomfort, but shouldn't experience any pain. Additionally, if you perform interval pumping at 30 kPa, you should be able to see solid pumping gains after each session.
30 - 40 kPa Pressure Zone
The 30 - 40 kPa or 9 - 12 inHg pressure zone is a high danger pumping zone and one reserved for experienced pumpers who are seeking a very high risk and high reward pressure.
Pumps who are "hard gainers" or who have reached a plateau may spend parts of their session in the 30 - 40 kPa pressure zone to try and spur movement and growth.
This pressure zone has a very high safety risk, but also has a high growth potential.
