In addition to treating Peyronie's disease, the SizeMasterPro can increase penis length by applying gradual tension to the penis shaft which results in tissue remodeling and growth.
There are five (5) different functionalities for this extender set comprising vacuum extending, flat band extending, noose extending, leg-strap extending, and neck-strap extending.
Begin by attaching one end of the silicone sleeve to the open rim of the vacuum cup. Roll the sleeve down over the cup, insert the penis into the cup chamber, and then unroll the sleeve back over the shaft to form a secure seal. A hand pump may be used to remove any excess air to increase the vacuum seal and ensure a firm hold. Once sealed, gently stretch your penis and connect the vacuum cup front hook bracket to begin the extension process.
Leg-strap extending follows the same steps as the vacuum extending technique above, but instead of attaching the vacuum cup to the front hook bracket, attach the vacuum cup to the leg-strap hook. This allows traction to be applied comfortably in a downward angle toward the leg.
As with the vacuum method above, the penis is secured inside the vacuum cup. The cup is then attached to the neck-strap hook, applying traction in an upward direction toward the neck.
First, wrap the penis with a soft silicone cushion for comfort. Position your wrapped penis on the front mount bracket and place the flat band over the shaft to secure it firmly. Gently stretch your penis to attach the front mount bracket to the extension rods to initiate traction.
Noose style extending follows the same steps as the flat band technique, but instead of a flat band, a noose-style strap is tightened around the penis and secured to the front mount bracket before connecting to the rods.
