The sturdy base of the extender is placed around the groin of the penis, while the brass metal rod poles extend outward and hold the penis head in place.
Simply add small brass metal rods ranging in sizes from 3 and 5 cm to the main extension poles, in order to increase tension on the penis shaft and promote lengthening. Adjust the tension by twisting the metal rods to slowly and incrementally increase the length.
This penis extender uses a noose-style attachment meaning a rubber strap or band is placed around the top of the penis to hold it in place.
